Apple Walnut Supreme Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. coarsely chopped, peeled apples
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
