Cauli-Broc Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, broken into florets
1 small head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1 carrot, shredded
2 scallions, sliced thin (include tops)
1/2 c. green or black olives (pitted)
Italian dressing
Preparation
-
Mix first 5 ingredients in salad bowl.
Add Italian dressing, just enough to coat vegetables lightly.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
