Sharon'S Soy Sauced Chicken (Whole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    4 Tbsp. dark soy sauce per lb. chicken
    2 Tbsp. sugar per lb. chicken
    2 stalks green onion, quartered
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Wipe the chicken dry with a paper towel. Dilute soy sauce one to one with plain water.
    Add onion and sugar.
    Add the chicken. Using medium heat, cook the chicken with a cover.
    The heat should be strong enough to bring all the mixture to a boil, bubbling around and over the chicken, but not too strong as to evaporate the mixture too quickly.
    Turn the chicken every five minutes.
