Peach Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pounds peaches
    2 large oranges (including rind)
    4 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
    Wash, peel and slice peaches in quarters.
    Grate orange rinds.
    Peel oranges and cut into thin slices.
    Combine peaches, oranges, grated orange rinds, lemon juice and sugar in a large heavy pot.
    Boil mixture until syrup is thick and fruit is transparent, stirring frequently.
    Pour into sterilized jars.
