Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    chopped bell pepper (optional)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese
    2 envelopes cream of chicken instant Cup-a-Soup
Preparation
    Bring 5 cups of water to boil.
    Add rice; cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add instant soup mix and cheese; dissolve well.
    Saute sausage, onion and bell pepper.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put in Pyrex baking dish; bake for about 10 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until bubbly.
