Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans green beans
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease (crumble and reserve 2 or 3 strips bacon, fried crisp)
    1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
    small green pepper, chopped
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper. Add sugar and vinegar. Cook green beans to a boil and then drain. Place in casserole and pour onion mixture over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
