Tuna Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. small sized shell macaroni
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. green beans
    1 (7 oz.) can water packed tuna
    1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and cool.
    Clean green beans and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Steam for 5 minutes; drain and cool.
    Drain and flake tuna.
    Place macaroni, green beans, raw zucchini, carrots and tuna in medium bowl.
    In a small bowl, place olive oil, vinegar, salt,
    pepper, oregano and basil.
    Stir with a whisk.
    Pour over ingredients in bowl and toss lightly.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 8 servings.
