Meat Loaf In Potato Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 small garlic, crushed
    1 egg
    1 (7/8 oz.) envelope brown gravy mix
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    potatoes
Preparation
    Combine beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and garlic.
    Shape meat into 7-inch round loaf.
    Overlap cut potatoes in ring around loaf.
    Sprinkle with onions.
    Combine remaining tomato sauce, gravy mix and water.
    Pour over meat and potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
