Candied Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
8 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan with 2-inch sides.
Beat egg whites.
Add sugar.
Fold in pecans.
Add to pan with melted butter; mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Pour out onto wax paper.
Break apart; cool.
Store in airtight container.
