Bulkookee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef top sirloin steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    3 scallions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Trim fat off beef, cut diagonally across grain into 1/4-inch slices.
    For ease in slicing, partially freeze beef for about 1 1/2 hours.
