Hummus Sandwich Spread Or Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, undrained
3 small cloves garlic
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Drain garbanzos, reserving 1/4 cup liquid, and set aside. Process all ingredients in food processor or mash thoroughly in medium size bowl.
Serve on pitas, tortillas, bread or crackers; with tomatoes, lettuce, sprouts, salsa, yogurt or sour cream.
