Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large carrots, peeled, shredded and chilled
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Toss the shredded carrots with the mayonnaise and sugar.
Stir in the raisins and serve.
Makes about 6 cups.
