Ham Steak-Rice Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ham steaks (1-inch thick)
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. undiluted frozen orange juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    2 or 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Cover seedless raisins with boiling water and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine raisins, cooked rice, frozen orange juice, pepper, nutmeg and beaten egg.
