1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas or 6 smaller ones
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 to 2 tsp. basil
Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Lightly brown meat and onion; drain.
Add oregano and salt. Lightly brush tortilla with oil.
Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
Spoon meat mixture evenly over toasted tortillas; top with tomato.
Sprinkle with basil and cheeses.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly brown.
