Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large oranges or 4 small oranges
2 tsp. olive oil (1 tsp. per orange)
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation

Peel oranges and divide into sections.
Place in a bowl and stir oranges, olive oil and black pepper.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. This is great after a heavy meal!
