1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Beat the two egg yolks and whole egg together.
Add vinegar and water.
Add gradually to flour, sugar and salt mixture.
Fold in butter and vanilla.
Beat well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Top with meringue and brown for about 12 minutes in a 360\u00b0 oven.
