Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water and set aside.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Then add milk and softened yeast.
    Store in refrigerator until one hour before baking.
    Roll out dough 1/2-inch thick and cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until light brown or about ten.
    The nice thing about these biscuits is that you can store the dough in the refrigerator and make it up as needed.
