Spiced Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation

Drain liquid from peaches and save. In medium saucepan, boil peach juice, lemon jello, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves until dissolved. Add peaches and chill for 20 minutes. Stir in mandarin oranges with juice and crushed pineapple with juice. Pour in 3-quart Pyrex dish.
Refrigerate until set. Store in refrigerator. Serves 10 to 12.
