Omelettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 thin slices Velveeta cheese
    1 handful chopped onion
    1 tsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. grease
Preparation
    Melt grease in skillet at medium setting.
    In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk.
    Pour batter in the skillet.
    Let cook until golden brown on bottom side, then with a spatula, flip over and let cook on the other side.
    Put cheese and onion on top and then fold in half.
    Cook until cheese is melted.
