Crispy Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices pumpernickel or wheat bread
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Set power select at High.
    In small glass bowl, heat butter 1 minute.
    Brush butter onto bread (one side only); cut bread into small cubes.
    In oblong baking dish, arrange bread; drizzle with remaining butter.
    Heat 5 to 6 minutes or until bread is crispy, stirring twice.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Store uncovered until ready to serve.
