Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg
10 1/2 oz. tomato soup
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Boil in hot water cabbage leaves and drain.
Mix ground beef, salt, onion, rice and egg altogether just like you would meat loaf. Roll a portion of filling into a cabbage leaf and toothpick shut. Place in a square pan.
After filling all cabbage leaves and placing them in a pan, pour can of tomato soup over rolls plus 3/4 cup water.
Cover with foil and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
