Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    8 marshmallows
    1/2 c. cream
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins until soft, but not mushy.
    Peel and cut in half, lengthwise.
    Arrange in greased baking dish.
    Mix salt, sugar and flour.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Dot with butter.
    Add marshmallows and nuts.
    Pour cream over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
