Grilled Szechuan Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
    Schilling seasoned pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    reserved pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. hot Oriental soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Lightly sprinkle both sides of boneless, skinless chicken with seasoned pepper.
    Grill; slice into strips.
