Surprise Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in bowl.
Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Beat with mixer.
Fill cups 2/3 full.
