Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced, fresh large spring onions
2 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook onions a short time until just tender.
Drain.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
