Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 small squash (yellow or zucchini)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 bouillon cube or 1 Tbsp. granular
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender, then mash.
    Combine all ingredients. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in buttered medium casserole dish.
