Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
    mushrooms (optional), sauteed with onions
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together; put in casserole.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
