Lemon Berry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese (soft)
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (extra serving) graham cracker crust
    1 1/2 to 2 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
    2 c. cold milk
    2 small pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, milk and sugar in bowl with wire until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice and lemon peel.
    Stir in Cool Whip. Spread evenly in crust.
    Press strawberries in covering the mixture.
    Reserve some for garnish.
    Pour milk in bowl; add pudding and beat with whisk 1 minute.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Gently stir in Cool Whip.
    Spoon over strawberries in crust.
    Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
    Garnish with strawberries and Cool Whip.
