Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bluefish
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. melted butter
    2 c. potatoes, cut into small pieces
    1 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style yellow corn
Preparation
    Thaw fish; skin fish and cut into 1-inch square pieces.
    In saucepan, fry onion in butter until cooked.
    Add potatoes, water, salt, pepper and fish.
    Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
    Add milk and corn.
    Heat again.
    Serve with cornbread.
