Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. Velveeta
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 bag Doritos
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until very tender.
    Cut into bite-size pieces and place in bottom of long baking dish.
