Super Easy Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk or water
1/4 c. shortening
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Place paper baking cups in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups or grease and flour muffin cups. Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Fill muffin cups about 1/2 full. Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan; cool. Frost, if desired.
