Roasted Red Peppers And Garlic Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7 oz. roasted red peppers - drained
    1 6 oz. artichokes marinated - drained
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. drained capers
    4 cloves garlic - chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.\tServe cold or at room temperature with bread.
    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
