German Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes (about 2 lb.)
    6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    minced parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    About 45 minutes before serving, in 4-quart saucepan over high heat, heat unpeeled potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain. Cool potatoes slightly. Peel and dice potatoes.
