Hot Chicken Salad(For Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    2 c. chicken (white)
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion, chopped green pepper and chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Break 2 slices of bread into cubes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine cooked, cut chicken, chopped vegetables, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Spoon over cubed bread.
    Trim crust off 6 slices of bread.
    Lay on top of mixture.
    Combine eggs and milk. Pour over all.
    Spoon soup over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Sprinkle cheese over top last 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Also good with turkey or corn.
