Oatmeal Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. buttermilk*
    1 c. oatmeal (not instant)
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raspberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    *To make buttermilk, pour 1 tablespoon vinegar into measuring cup. Fill remainder with regular milk.
