Herbed Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour, divided
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. dried dill
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Melt 1/2 cup oleo.
    Add sugar, salt, milk, 6 1/2 cups flour and yeast.
    Stir until mixture forms ball.
    Turn out on a well floured surface and knead, adding more flour if needed.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Let rise until double bulk.
    Roll out.
    Melt 2 tablespoons oleo and brush top.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Roll up jelly roll, cut in 1 inch pieces.
    Put in muffin tins.
    Let raise 15 minutes.
    Brush rolls with beaten egg. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
