Wild Rice And Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. wild rice
    4 c. cooked chopped turkey (or chicken)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. French dressing
    salt to tate
    1 can sliced almonds (5 oz.)
    1 c. diced celery
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 can pineapple tidbits (small can)
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Cool.
    Add turkey, mayonnaise, French dressing, salt, almonds and celery.
    Put in refrigerator to chill.
    Just before serving, add oranges and pineapple.
    Serve on lettuce.
