Cheesy Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 c. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos (for garnish)
green pepper (for garnish)
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and butter in large bowl.
Add eggs, cottage cheese, chilies and Jack cheese.
Pour into lightly greased casserole.
Garnish with pimientos and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
