Carrot Salad(Yields 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 young carrots
    about 3 Tbsp. mayo
    5 dates, chopped
Preparation
    Scrap and grate carrots.
    Remove from bowl and chop again with knife.
    Mix with mayonnaise and refrigerate.
    At serving time, stir in chopped dates.
    Serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
