Zesty Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    7 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
    6 sliced zucchini
    2 sliced carrots
    1 small sliced onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven.
    Add bouillon cubes stirring until dissolved.
    Add vegetables; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Pour into blender; blend until smooth.
    Return mixture to Dutch oven; stir in cream cheese, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until thoroughly heated.
    Serve hot or chilled.
    Makes 8 cups.
