Angel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add cream of tartar.
Beat until it holds a point.
Add 1 cup sugar gradually.
When glossy, pour into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
