Mustard Greens (Rapys) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 bunches mustard greens
    1 clove garlic
    salt to taste
    red pepper (for zip)
    1 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Cut off stems, keeping flowers and leaves.
    Wash thoroughly 3 times.
    Drain.
    Fry garlic in oil.
    Add greens, salt and red pepper.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add a little water, if dry.
