Pizza Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 c. cooked rice
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Add next 7 ingredients; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Mix cottage cheese and cooked rice.
    Layer rice mixture and meat mixture in a greased 6-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
