Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients; mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Grease the bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
