Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 c. green onion tops, chopped
1 stick margarine
3 or 4 c. shrimp, peeled, deveined and boiled
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 slices bread (crumbs)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute all vegetables in margarine.
Add other ingredients and mix well (add rice last).
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake in large casserole dish at 350\u00b0
for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
Recipe may be divided and 1/2 frozen for later use.
