Hot Sausage Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. bulk hot sausage
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
1 large jar salsa
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook hot sausage and drain.
In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer as follows: 1) Smear cream cheese over bottom of dish.
2) Hot sausage.
3) Green pepper and onion.
4) Salsa.
5)
Grated Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with crackers.
