Savory Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 Tbsp. basil
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti.
    Yield:
    1 quart.
