Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger or allspice
Preparation
    Combine pulp, eggs, sugar, melted butter and milk.
    Thoroughly mix flour and other dry ingredients and combine with pulp mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan or large baking bowl.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour, stirring often.
    Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream.
