Oat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. regular oats (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated apple
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; make a well in the center.
    Combine egg, milk, apple and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    For each pancake, pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
