Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. milk
1/3 cup molasses
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add eggs.
Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture alternating with the milk.
Add molasses and last the bananas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
